Mark Martis of Mesa, Arizona, became the latest of recognized artists, when the Ultimate Imaginations, Inc. (UII), a non-profit special event corporation and its affiliate, Mesa Town Center Corporation (MTCC), selected his work, "Dancer", to be displayed at the City of Mesa's "Sculptures in the Street". Mark
Martis has generously donated his
metal sculpture, "Sunrise",
to Ben's Run, an event which promotes research on histiocytosis, a blood
disorder that attacks young children. Sunrise
was auctioned November 22, 2003, at their annual run for over $500, with
all proceeds going towards this worthy cause. Thank you Mark!
