The initial consultation is the first step in reaching this goal. At this meeting the client and Arizona Easy Webs will discuss:
- the purpose of the web site
- whether the client has a vision of how the web site should appear, including the use of graphics and appropriate text, or if the client needs direction in these areas
- the deadline as to when the project needs to be completed, and if this deadline is achievable
- whether the client wants continued maintenance of the site once it is developed
- the educational needs of the client
